Please note that we will be printing (copy and pasting) your custom message exactly as submitted. We also hold the right to refuse any revisions, 48 hours prior to delivery, so kindly check for typographical errors before sending your order as balloon reprinting will incur a full recharge.
Important note for Valentine’s Day Orders: Please note that we deliver between 7:30am to 6pm on the 14th of February and during normal delivery times ( 8am- 3pm) if delivered on a different day. The exact time of your drop off will depend on our delivery route and schedule for the day. We can advise you on an estimated time of arrival, if needed.
For guaranteed delivery time, please add speedy delivery to your basket and select your preferred delivery time.
Deliveries on Valentine’s Day: This year, we can only offer Valentines day deliveries on orders over N40,000. Please select the pick up option for your order if it is below this amount or select delivery for the evening before. If you pay for delivery, we will ask for your preference and either rearrange delivery for the 13th of February ( after 6pm) or advise on available pick up times and refund your delivery charge.
